Prowl is, oddly enough, probably one of the most powerful non Angelii Benders in the city. He's been in the game since day 1, and once he figured out that Bending exists, he started spending pretty much every single day practicing it and getting better at it.
The game started February 10. That's uh. About ten months. Spent learning to Bend.
Okay so Teal stop babbling and tell us where you're going with this.
One of the points I've been trying to get across - and failing, apparently - is that 1. anything is possible if you have enough will, and 2. death is cheap here. To put it like Kyle Rayner did in one of the Green Lantern comics...
"Did you know that I can split atoms with this thing? It wouldn't take a lot of energy. Just a lot of effort. The problem would be containing the blast..."
The main difficulty for new Benders is that they don't have quite the power or the skill, even if they have the will. That takes time to build up. And some characters just don't have a lot of will, hence why some people just aren't as good.
Prowl's got experience, skill, power, and will in spades.
He is literally incapable of dying at all if he doesn't want to.

Okay okay, not ENTIRELY true. An Angelii? Could easily kill him. Several Angelii could unmake him. A whole bunch of normal people could unmake him (they did it to Cyrus). Isis would make short work of him. But, on his own, and given his experience with the Allspark, and his promise to Sari... if he's in a one on one fight with a non-Angelii, he can't die if he doesn't want to, simply by sheer force of will.
Also: not lying about the "most powerful non-Angelii bender" part. I would even say he might be better than some Angelii.
S-so what I'm wondering is: is there anyone out there who'd be willing to get into a fight with Prowl? He isn't the type to fight, but any of the more psycho people, if you're looking for a tussle, you want to give it a go? It'd basically be to prove a point about Bending.
